Hotel set for more investment under new owners

The recent buyers of North Wales’s sole AA five-star hotel, Palé Hall near Bala, are Anthony and Donna Cooper-Barney. They intend to enhance the property further with two initial projects. Former owners Angela and Alan Harper elevated the venue to become one of Wales’s premier hotels before selling it this spring. The new owners aim to continue enhancing the acclaimed luxury country house hotel, which holds the prestigious AA Five Red Star, Relais & Châteaux designation and features an acclaimed AA three-rosette and Michelin Green Star fine-dining restaurant.
